IAppc retains the right to take action to prevent revenue loss or damage to its reputation, as well as to stop your service or access and notify the appropriate authorities.

The user is prohibited from uploading, posting, transmitting, publishing, or disseminating any content that is illegal or that might be interpreted as damaging, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise offensive.

The user explicitly certifies that the resume, insertion, information, and data they are feeding into IAppc network are accurate and comprehensive in every way and do not contain any incorrect, distorted, manipulated, fraudulent, or deceptive facts or averments.

IAppc specifically disclaims any liability resulting from the user's placement of the aforementioned resume, information, or data into the company's network. Additionally, the user consents to reimburse IAppc for any losses incurred by IAppc as a result of any false, distorted, manipulated, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent, or misleading facts or other objectionable averments made by the user on the IAppc network.

IAppc assumes no responsibility or liability for the improper use of information relating to the subscriber's online or offline use of credit cards or debit cards. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the user password and user identification, as well as all activities and transmissions carried out by the user through his user identification. The user is also solely responsible for carrying out any online or offline transaction involving credit cards or debit cards or such other forms of instruments or documents for making such transactions.

The user, subscriber, or visitor to Talent Synth and/or its affiliated websites hereby expressly agrees that, when evaluating or feeding any resume, insertion, information, or data into the computers, computer systems, or computer network of IAppc, he or she shall always comply with the requirements of the Information Technology Act, 2000 as well as rules, regulations, guidelines, bye laws, and notifications made thereunder.

g) Use Talent Synth in a way that allows unauthorized access to other people's computer systems;

h) Reproduce, copy, modify, sell, store, distribute, or otherwise exploit Talent Synth or any component thereof for any commercial purposes (including, but not limited to, any materials or information accessible through Talent Synth);

i) Use content from the Site for derivative works with a commercial motive without prior written consent of the IAppc.

j) Interfere or attempt to interfere with Talent Synth proper operation using any device, software, or routine;

k) Put an excessive or disproportionate amount of strain on Talent Synth infrastructure;

l) Spam Talent Synth / IAppc by repeatedly and indiscriminately posting content or forwarding mail that might be deemed spam, etc.

m) Access data that is not meant for you or log into a server or account that you are not permitted to access;

n) Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, deciphering, or attempting in any other way to obtain the source code for the site, any related technology, or any portion of it;

o) Use "framing," "mirroring," or other techniques to mimic the look or functionality of the Site.

p) Make an effort to investigate, test, or scan a system's or network's vulnerability;

q) Employ both automated and manual methods for crawling and/or scraping Talent Synth material;

r) The website employs technology to prevent robots and other devices from crawling it and scraping its content. You promise not to use these strategies.

s) Access the site only using the APIs that IAppc specifically provides;

t) attempt to circumvent security or authentication procedures without the required authority;

u) It is forbidden to provide deep links to Talent Synth, without IAppc' prior consent. employing any automated method—such as spiders, crawlers, etc.—or any manual method to extract data from Talent Synth for an unapproved use.

v) Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any unsolicited commercial or bulk email, either directly or indirectly.

w) Under no circumstances may subscribers sublicense, assign, or transfer the license; any effort to do so is null and void.

x) Any content or information that is hosted, altered, uploaded, posted, transmitted, published, or distributed

a. For which you lack all required permissions and privileges;

b. Any infringement, violation, breach, or other violation of a third party's rights, such as a copyright, trademark, patent, right to privacy or publicity, or any other proprietary right;

c. That includes a computer virus or any other code, files, or programs designed to interfere in any way with Talent Synth or other computer systems' ability to operate;

d. That is extremely damaging, harassing, invasive of another person's privacy, hateful, disparaging, connected to money laundering or illegal, or that could be interpreted as damaging, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous/blasphemous, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise illegal in any way;

e. What constitutes or promotes behavior that would contravene applicable legislation, result in additional liabilities, or constitute a criminal offense;

f. That sends any information that is extremely insulting or menacing in nature, or that misleads or deceives the recipient regarding the origin of such messages;

g. That belongs to someone else and to whom the user has no right;

h. That endanger minors in any way;

i. That jeopardizes public order, friendly relations with foreign nations, India's unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty;

j. That incites the commission of any crime, hinders the investigation of any crime, or insults any other country.

The user is prohibited from infringing on the intellectual property rights of any individual or organization, as well as from downloading or retaining information from any computer system with the intent to do so.

The message and data charges may apply. Your use affects the frequency of messages. Delivery is not assured, and network or carrier issues could cause it to be delayed or impossible. The Talent Synth app may ask your device for permission to access the verification codes we send you in order to expedite the login process. To verify you, stop fraud, and safeguard your account, we process your phone number, OTP verification information, and associated technical logs. You certify that you are the current owner and authorized user of the given mobile number and that you will update it right away if anything changes.

You are in charge of protecting your SIM card and device. Verification codes should not be shared. Due to circumstances beyond our control, SMS delivery may be unsuccessful or delayed. Rates for messages and data may be applicable. Messages that are delayed or not delivered are not the responsibility of carriers. If we find or suspect fraud, SIM swapping, or unauthorized use, we may suspend or restrict access or demand more proof.

IAppc shall not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from any disclosure (inadvertent or otherwise) of any information pertaining to the user's account, information relating to or regarding online transactions using credit cards or debit cards, and/or their verification process and particulars, nor for any error, omission, or inaccuracy with respect to any information so disclosed and used, whether or not in pursuit of a legal process.

The services provided by Talent Synth must be paid for in full up front. Any refunds will be at IAppc sole discretion. Regarding the accuracy or promptness of the refunds arriving in the customers' bank or card accounts, IAppc makes absolutely no assurances. Server uptime and application functionality are not guaranteed by IAppc.

Everything is done with the utmost care, and the only liability is a reimbursement. For free services, IAppc assumes no liability.

IAppc retains the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify any disclaimers or conditions of agreements. Any reference to conditions or disclaimers, whether or not they are stated explicitly, will be considered included.

The performance obligation of IAppc (the service provider) is to grant the customer access to its online portal for the duration of the subscription period and reference to any usage, by whatever name, or any other performance obligation, if any, is to provide the upper limit for consumption, which by itself does not create any additional performance obligation upon IAppc, unless otherwise specified and notwithstanding anything contained in any other agreement or arrangement, by whatever name.

Subscriber/user acknowledges and agrees that IAppc / Talent Synth.com, at its sole discretion and without prejudice to any other rights and remedies available to it under applicable laws, may set off any amount paid or payable by a subscriber/user against any amount(s) payable by Subscriber/user to IAppc under any other agreement or commercial relationship relating to other products/services.

IAppc also reserves the right to post the data on the website naukri.com or any other associated sites and publications that IAppc deems fit and proper, at no additional expense to the subscriber / user.

Insofar as IAppc / Talent Synth is a public website and all information posted by IAppc is in the public domain, with the exception of information or data that is expressly designated as non-public or private, the subscription/agreement between IAppc and the subscriber/user is neither a "non-poach agreement" nor can it be called or used as an alternative to "non-poach agreement."

No subscriber or user is granted exclusivity of service by any subscription or usage agreement signed by IAppc.

Any legal action involving a user (such as a subscriber) and a party hired through the website would not involve IAppc.

If IAppc gets involved in any legal actions, the party IAppc will be responsible for paying the expenses. Nevertheless, IAppc will comply with any court decision that is issued to it through due process.

IAppc maintains control over this platform from its Noida headquarters, and it does not guarantee that the content on Talent Synth is suitable or accessible elsewhere. You are in charge of adhering to any applicable local laws, including but not limited to the import and export laws of other nations, if you use this website from a different region.

BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS IEIL, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYERS, AGENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AND OTHER PARTNERS HARMLESS FROM ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, RELATING TO, OR RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH NAUKRI.COM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU OR ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO TALENT SYNTH.

ANY REFERENCE TO DUTIES, TAXES, ETC. IN THESE TERMS OF USE SHALL INCLUDE GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (HENCEFORTH REFERRED TO AS GST) FROM THE DATE THE GST LAW IS IMPLEMENTED IN INDIA. ANY ADDITIONAL TAX LIABILITY RESULTING FROM THE INTRODUCTION OF GST (WHETHER DUE TO AN INCREASE IN RATE OR A CHANGE BROUGHT ABOUT BY THE NEW TAX REGIME) WOULD BE RECOVERED OVER AND ABOVE THE AGREED-UPON CONTRACT PRICE OR SERVICE FEE.

Any disagreement between a user or users and IAppc regarding the validity, interpretation, application, or purported violation of any of these Terms and Conditions will be referred to a single arbitrator who will be an impartial, independent third party chosen by the Company. The arbitrator's ruling will be final and enforceable against both parties. The arbitration will take place in New Delhi, India. The arbitration process will be governed by the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 as modified.

The terms IAppc, and Talent Synth are synonymous and can be used interchangeably.

The Privacy Policy, which can be accessed via this link, applies to Talent Synth users.

If a subscriber or user violates these terms and conditions or the privacy policy, IAppc has the right to terminate their usage rights and remove any offensive content they may have uploaded.

Platform Disclaimer & Limitation of Responsibility

The Company acts solely as a technology service provider and operates only as an intermediary platform. The Company does not own, control, manage, or endorse any products, services, transactions, or interactions between users and third parties.

The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, dispute, injury, delay, failure, fraud, misrepresentation, or deficiency arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform or any third-party services accessed through the platform.

All transactions, communications, and obligations are strictly between the users and the respective third parties. Users acknowledge and agree that the Company has no responsibility or liability for the quality, legality, safety, or delivery of any goods or services offered by third parties.

Jurisdiction Clause (Delhi)

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
